Billing And Invoicing

We welcome payment settlement through bank transfer or credit/debit card. All payments will be invoiced in USD (US dollars) exclusively.
Overtime and holiday pay rates are applicable when requested by the user and mutually agreed upon by both parties before the scheduled work period. The overtime rate is set at 25% higher than the regular rate, while the holiday rate is double the standard pay rate of the virtual assistant.
We'll charge you upfront for the VA's monthly service, with invoices sent out 15 days before the month of VA work begins.
We don't impose any additional hidden fees; you'll only be charged based on the hourly rate of the virtual assistant multiplied by the hours they work.
